The main stone in this size 8.75 ring is an oval rainbow topaz CZ, approx. 2 Carats in size, 6 mm by 8 mm, flanked by 4 more rainbow topaz CZs, a 5 mm by 7 mm stone, then a 4 mm by 6 mm one on each side.

All of these are surrounded by small white sapphire CZs, and all of the stones are so full of sparkle and fire and are set in an 18K Gold Filled prong set mounting that is so well-crafted, it will absolutely take your breath away.
