Yes it is. The winner ended up not wanting it shipped out right away and then I was unable to ship it when she needed it due to a death in the family so we amicably decided to refund her credits and that I would relist the purse.

I'm sorry, I don't know and I am not where I can measure it right now. It's about 1 foot by maybe 10 inches, but I am not exactly positive.
