yes it does come with the walkie talkie and charger i used it a week ago to make sure it works.

Oh wow I haven't seen this model in years, everyone bidding this is a GREAT GREAT GREAT phone, seriously I had one, my husband did as well, but all black, and I had a friend with the bumblebee one( as we called it for the yellow and back color mix LOL). This phone is very sturdy durable, I threw mine at a brick wall and it didn't even leave a mark. Dropped in well over 200 times, never skipped a beat. So you get the idea. This is a GREAT phone, sadly I don't have Nextel anymore and use a SIM provider so I can't use this phone. But it is a good good phone. Very much worth the credits for sure.
