This is my original recipe; makes a very light and flaky crust, very easy and fun to make. You can use your choice of fruit spreads, jellies, jams, marmelades, frosting, icings and decor. These are great for school lunch desserts. They are especially good to make ahead and freeze, set out for a minute or two to partially thaw, and pop into the toaster and out again. Great breakfast on the go, or quick snack.
