Spearmint is soo easy to grow, and tastes great with a variety of things. You can place them in an ice tray to make mint cubes for your tea, you can use spearmint with lamb, or even just eat the leaves raw to help improve digestion. Warning though excessive amounts of spearmint can make one nervous (caffiene effect) or have a slightly laxative effect. That's if consumed in gigantic (2-3 cups worth of leaves) amounts though. Spearmint is relatively easy to grow I'm glad to see it on listia!
