These are thick walled, medium sized green peppers. Easy to grow, you can start the seeds indoors to plant outside after threat of frost is gone. Usually picked while bright green, if left to ripen longer, some will turn red as well. These are even sweeter than when green. Great for salads or cooking, or stuffing.
