FREE: Mousetrap Car

This is a mousetrap car that I built for my Honors Physics class 1 or 2 months ago.

It is made of a Victor mousetrap, cardboard, popsicle sticks for support, Powerade and Lipton tea caps for wheels, rubber bands for back wheel traction, wire hanger used for the wheel axles and the pull bar, pieces of a plastic straw to act as washers, a metal wire for attaching the pull bar to the mousetrap, and yarn with a piece of rubber band at the end for traction.

It is super light and is therefore built for speed. It is still in pretty good condition. It won 3 heats when my class raced our cars against each other.

You can use it as a model for your own moustrap car project or use it for your actual project... or just to have it (: I have no use for it now, so I would rather give it away to someone who might be able to use it than to throw it away. Happy bidding! (:
