I'm just joking with you, sort of. There has been a great deal of problems with that particular USPS postal hub. I don't know exactly which cities it handles, but they are bad. Seriously, it like the Bermuda Triangle. I had 3 packages being sent to me that had to go through there. So far, I have only received 2.

Well,, two things prevent me from being able to answer this. 1. I don't know what kind of pic or video your phone takes, and 2. I haven't even ever used this camera or the video. I bought it new, but never used it. Personally, some of the best video, i have seen taken was from my Mother Ipad. But I, myself can't afford one of those. :)
