This is a 3 level makeup box from a company named Markwins International, I'm not sure about what brand it is or anything about it, I took a picture of an item with the name on it, but I received it as a gift a few years back.

Now the spiffy thing about the makeup box is that, it's been a few years and I have barely used it at all, so it's in good condition considering the box and the containers only. Another thing is that the nail polish liquids, in my opinion, is no longer usable, it should be replaced with new nail polishes because of discoloring on one side of each bottle which can be cleaned off. Also about the rest of the makeup itself, I'm not sure if they are usable because of the number of years I have barely used it and mostly cause I'm not a makeup person. The brushes are gently used.
