New and sealed. The top part looks a little darker than the bottom portion. I bought this last Holiday.

Auction closes on Saturday Dec. 21, shipping on Monday Dec 23rd. It will likely arrive after Christmas. :( I'll list another that will close in 2 days. That should get there before the 25th!

I was told by USPS that they will try their hardest to make sure all packages shipped by First Class Mail and Priority Mail is delivered before Christmas if not they have to work on Christmas. Currently they are working on Sunday's so if you don't receive your package within the time frame just know its the Holidays and things are really really slow. Believe me though this buyer will make sure they stay in touch with you regarding it. :)
