I'd say its about 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" with the cap...I posted a picture with a dime to show size...as the cap being tight...it tightens down...its neither tight enough or big enough to carry and liquid in it...but the loop for the necklace is on the cap...it has a peg that the top swivels around...look to the picture...you can see a space between the bottom of the cap...that's where the peg slides through...I hope this helps...

I fanned you as well...as to the " get it now"....I can't now...it has a bid on it ...I should have posted it before the auction...but you never know what to ask...and listia takes 10% of what you get... when I won it back a while ago...I think I won the auction for 14-16k...not too sure. Its a very nice piece...but my girlfriend never wore it...so I didn't want it collecting dust in a box...someone will appreciate it!! Thanks again.

I took another picture with the loop going over a flex straw....I'm not sure as to the size of the Pandora bracelets....but it was an almost perfect fit on the straw....my girlfriend says yes it will fit...but I'm not sure how big the clasp on the bracelet is that you have...I hope this helps...thanks for looking....and good luck if you decide to bid!!!

Its pretty secure...the top of the base has a tiny peg sticking out...and the lid has a slit about halfway around the top... you have to align the peg on the base with the slit on the top...and turn the bottom to free the base from the lid...it isn't threaded...but i haven't lost the top yet....and that says a lot!!!Hahha!! I'll see if I can get a few pictures around the lid for ya!!
