They are not in the package they come in, because the original packaging is designed so you cannot see thru it. My husband plays this game, buys these power discs, gets doubles, and I post the doubles, (ones he already has) on listia. Because like I said you never know which ones you are buying because the package keeps them concealed. It's kind of a racket because sometimes you get the same ones you have in every package, and it's not like you can return them. I used to sell them on craigslist, and now I just collect points from them on here..lol So I find that getting them off listia is great, because your only buying the ones you need. But nope no packaging left for the discs....sorry ;)

so would I need to buy any special or specific type of board? I see that there's two differently shaped discs. I just bought the infinity starter kit for my kiddos, However know not a whole lot about it. LOL my nine and ten year old are so smart when it comes to this stuff.

No you don't need a board. The circles ones you place under the characters for boosts, and the pentagon or hexagonal ones, ( not a geometry major) go in the other spot on the starter pack board thing. (The board with 2 circles and the hexagonal or pentagon shapes) to sum it up if you have the starter kit that comes with sully, mr. incredible, and jack sparrow then you will need nothing else except power discs for extra stuff. My husband said that you don't need the power discs to play but they really enhance the game by giving your characters boosts, adding backgrounds, vehicles, and weapons for your characters. Do these work with the Xbox 360 version?
I don't know much about this game. I just know that is the system my grandson had.

No I don't sorry, we only have the discs because they come in concealed packs, and we have those as extras. We only buy the characters we need, and as of right now he is still playing the game a lot and not selling yet. Sorry!! :/
