no tears or ripes but you need to order the frame on line. that's where the shoulder straps are.

F&W please fan back. I understand there's one main bag then 3 outer large pouches and 3 small outer pouches. Right? Is there strips of webbing sown on it so I can attach more pouches or canteens?
