The center stone, a large, Pear-shaped Sapphire-Blue CZ, is approx. 5 Carats and measures 9 mm x 11 mm. There are quite a number of 1 mm clear CZs set down into the 10K Gold-Filled mounting on both sides as it rises up toward the main stone.

But what is unusual about this ring is the engraving on the sides -- combined with the openwork that lets lots of light in under the stones, this makes for a ring that's hard to miss!
