Apologies, not familiar with "snapless" so wondering how it closes? Or is this just a diaper shaped insert? Or velcro?

You either just put a diaper cover over this or you can use a snappi.

jesslla im not 100% but this dosent look like a pocket diaper this looks like a fitted diaper. you can usually add b absorbency by tucking in inserts and prefolds and the cover holds it all in, this diaper u need to buy a separate cover
