Remember when we used to punch holes in the business cards we received so we could put them into little "rolodex" files? Well, this is the little thing that punches the key-hole shaped holes. I'm sure it could be used for other things (just don't ask me what!)

It's kind of like a regular paper hole punch. You place the business card on the ridge, then close it down. It punches a little key-hole type hole in the card so you can put it in a rolodex file. I guess most people don't use them anymore, but it really is handy.
