It does come with charger, and I am not sure if it will be there for Christmas because of the weather and it being so close now. I can do 2 day shipping and hope it does.

MichaelBoyer just letting you know any staright talk phones trac fone phones or net 10 phones can only be used with that carrier. YOU cannot use either phomne on other network they are locked to each one cannot be unlocked or used with any other service BUT why anyone would want to is beyond me almost 100% covergae USA lowest rates anywhere Net10 and straight talk yadda yadda etc...

I been with tracfone families for years never an issue with them only one time buying air time at website better to go get card at walmart or wherever and just add it.
