What do you mean by the purchaser can decide whether they wan to return the postage or not? Please be more specific, do you intend that we need to send you a stamp to get free shipping so it's not free shipping... Thank you for taking the time to respond, I love your dream catchers

Sorry for the confusion....
I always pay the shipping on the items I sell. I ask that the winner, if they want to, can contribute to the shipping upon receiving the item(s). I leave it up to them. Sometimes the item(s) cost only like $3.00 to ship to $25.00 to ship. So, I leave it up to the winner if they want to contribute to the shipping. The exact postage is shown when the winner receives their package. it's only an option, I let the winner decide. It's not mandatory. I don't mind if they don't but if they can, that's a little less out of my pocket. So, I still ship free, but it is up to the winner if they the option to help out in the shipping once they receive their item(s). Hope this is more clearer!

Hi! Thank you for your comment! I ship free of charge to the winners. I leave it up to them I they want to help pay for the shipping of the item when it arrives or not. Its totally up to them. Sometimes an item costs only $2.50 to ship, and sometimes it costs me $25.00! I just leave it up to the winner, that's all. No biggie if they cant help, it's just an open offer. Thanks for being a fan and watching! I usually put in a few extra in the shipping just in case one breaks; I've had great comments!
