Height of boot is 24 inches from heel to top with the fold/ 27 inches unfolded..3 inch fold. With a nice 4.5 inch wedge heel!!!

I got these boots for Christmas last year and only wore them 2-3 times!!! These thigh high boots are adorable with a fold at the top! could be unfoled to make them even higher up the leg!! Still is great condition, besides a very small snag in the front left boot. Very unnoticeable!!! They are super comfy and easy to walk in!
The part that goes up your leg is very soft, could easily wear with bare legs, a dress, leggings or jeans! They really go with everything!!!
These could be dress up or dress down!!!

Im not sure of what its made of, its a verry super soft leather-like material. The inside has a thick very soft padded lining!!! Soo soft on the legs:)
