My Listia guidelines, By bidding on the this you are agreeing to the following:

1.Read through Listia rules completely before bidding! No buyer’s remorse if you fail to read everything completely, including rules, description, and any comments.
2. I try to be fair and accurate with all my auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully.
3. Your item will be shipping out within 7 days. I try to use US Postal Service.
4. If there is a shipping fee, I only use paypal do not bid if you are not willing to pay through paypal.
5. Send your verified address and shipping charges (if applicable) with in 7 days of auction ending date. If I do not receive your information within 7 days, I will keep the credits and re-list the item, as per Listia rules.
6.Once you win/received the item it is yours. This obligates you to pay amount owed (shipping/credits). There are no refunds. If for some reason you dispute this item anyways, you must have proof of the dispute claim.
7. Winner forfeits all rights if no contact within 7 days of action ending.
8. I take pride in being a fair and honest seller and promise to treat you the same way I would want to be treated.
