ABSOULUTELY GORGEOUS Cubic Zirconia Butterfly ring.
Wings are in clear, yellow and pink stones. Sides are beautifully detailed.
Ring band is in a heavy metal. No markings that I can find. No signs of tarnish or wear.

It's a vintage piece so I'm not sure what the band is. There are no markings but it definitely looks like it's either silver or metal but not silverplated.
