The listing, Vintage fruit bowl has ended.

Found this in the basement. I think it is a fruit bowl. It is metal and appears to be a brass base. If you know what it is, please let me know.

It is 9" across the top side to side and about 3" deep

Merry Christmas. I verified everything I could. This is my first item I put on auction. I won 5 auctions and got burned on one too. It amazes me how many dishonest people are out there. Just today my daughter received an empty package that someone taped back together. The stole her necklace. Good luck!
