Questions & Comments
It'll need an experienced watch repairman to look over it, in my experience old watches like these need more than 'just a battery'. I don't mean to sound like a debbie downer, but just to note to anyone looking to buy it, it might cost money to get it repaired if it is indeed broken. These aren't like modern watches.
Esrange, when it comes to watches I've an IQ of maybe about 2. I appreciate it your comment and its a truthful fact and don't consider you a Debbie Downer. But i think that if the person does get it repaired it would be a great investment.
i dont know where to wind it up, if it is a windup, but i think it is battery operated. I just dont know how to open it and find out. Thanks for asking.

It all depends what it needs. I've bought, sold and own several vintage watches. Hamiltons, Accutrons, Boulevards.
Most of the time old watches like these get gummed up, a good watch repair man can clean it out for 100$ or so (disassembling it, cleaning all the small parts and so) However, there's always the chance that there could be a broken movement.
Looking around on Ebay and such, a watch in unknown working condition like this one is around 100-150 to put a modest price on it. You're in luck because this model of Bulova is an 'upgraded' model, most of them are gold plated, yours is gold filled. Not as rare or desirable as a solid gold model mind you, but still worth it for a collector.
