All of my headbands are made in a smoke free and pet free environment. Foe is cut 14"

The headbands on the ones I have listed on here are cut to fit babies to toddler but... I can make the head band any size to fit women as well and they are really cute on women too.

I can make these any size for any person baby, kid, teen or adult as some women do love to wear them too. This one is sized for about 3 months to 2 or 3 as the head band is cut to 15"
