Description

The listing, 1934 FORD COMMEMORATIVE MEDALLION has ended.

Up for auction is this commemorative brass medallion from the Ford exhibit at the 1934 Chicago Century of Progress Exposition. Henry Ford had a display featuring the Ford V8 cars within the New Rotunda building that housed the exhibit. The medallion features the Ford V8 emblem on one side and reads "Ford Exposition 1934". The other side has the V8 symbol and reads "Ford A Century of Progress". It is approximately 1 7/8 inches in diameter and is in very good condition for its age and has great patina, and some mild wear. It does need cleaning but I don't have the right polish and do not wish to ruin the patina. A great Ford memorabilia piece from the early days.
Please have a Listia verified address before you bid. If you wonder how to get it check the Rules page.I try to send ASAP I do communicate if there is a problem.. I love Watchers Fanners and Happy comments and I do reciprocate.. Please Enjoy this auction and Blessings .
