I got this game for my brother for Christmas, But he all ready has the game, I bought it brand new I have not opened it because I thought it would be nice for someone to get a brand new ps3 game,

are we forgetting the biggest scam? how do we know you wont ship out an empty case and do a claim on listia saying u sent the item? i see no pic of disk so no proof there even is a disk, plus in description and title you simply say gta5 brand new but it'snot new it has been opened and i read nowhere or have no proof of a disk, maybe post a pic of disk maybe then i bid

Brand new is a bit of a misnomer in this case, there is clearly no shrink wrap on the game. I think a better way of describing the item is a complete item in good condition.

I have the disc right here with me as soon someone wins this auction I will send it. the disc does work it hasn't been opened it is still in the wrapper.

Don't worry lot of. people are that way till you show you will send it out after the auction is over and the winner gets the item we all have to go thought this the first time around......hope this help

Well since nobody believes me when I said this ps3 game is not brand new I will take it off of here and sell it to get my money back.

reason i am skeptical well reasons:

1) your a new member with no feedback and not verified
2) You don't show a piece of paper with listia name next to item
3) item description you say it is brand new in comments you say it is not.
4) personally you never emailed me back on facebook when i sent you a message regarding the item.
5) You are getting upset cause this game is one of the most scammed items on listia and being you are unverified and not responding fully and changing information of the auction makes you seem slightly untrustworthy.

I personally am not trying to come off rude or mean i personally would bid higher then the retail of the game simply cause my daughter broke my girlfriends gta v that i recently won on here and need to replace it for her. Sadly i have been scammed over 40 times on this game so i would like a little more proof that you will actually send the item to be fully honest. I dont understand cause you are new with no feedback other then buying a digital item why you are getting offended and defensive simply cause users are worried about bidding being you are a new member you are not giving us much to trust you on speically being you are unable to verify your acc.

im wathcing migh bid not sure, been scammed over 40 times on this item on this wounderfull scamista site of all these little kids. Shame as my disk recently my daughter broke and unable to up right pay 35-40$ for a new disk.
