LG flip phone w/ camera, and web browser. but NOT A SMART PHONE!!! Carrier is Tracphone. Needs charger, sim card,and battery. But the phone powers on, and is ready to activate with a sim card. Uses a standard droid charger.

No, ma'am. It needs a battery, and SIM card. card runs about $10 (depending on carrier), and a battery can be obtain for a couple bucks.

I believe that if you buy Tracfone minutes that you would be able to add it to this phone. No guarantees, tho.
