They are leather with black inside and white EdHardy like design on the outside. Surplus brand from Kohls. I measured these without the buckle. (Buckle doesn't come off, lol, just didn't include it in measurements.;)
Small measures 36" long
Medium measures aprox 39 1/2" long
They are both 1 5/8" wide.
