Condition (apologies for the long description but I wanted to be thorough): I am not a practiced book/comic seller but I am classifying this as good. I looked at a ratings chart to judge. There has been water damage. The cover is mostly detached, shows water stains, and there is some rust on the staples. There are also small tears along the edges of the cover. The inside is in much better shape. There are a few stains but all pages are present, intact and bound. There are no tears or missing pieces. I believe this still has value to a collector due to its age.

I think you came pretty close on the condition, I'd probaly grade it about a fair-good [1.0] mainly due to the seperation of the cover, but for $2.00 shipping it's a great read! Best of luck with the sale and happy holidays!
