This is a PDA don't have charger but you can get one off of eBay so it's untested, no parts are missing have took back off and no signs of water damage. It's very clean both Inside and out. Has voice record feature as seen by record button on side and a memory/expansion port on top of unit with a flap down cover. Has the metal screen cover, and a very nice leather case that it Velcro's into. Seems to have Windows CE operating system. Heavy duty aluminum build and in MINT condition although there is a small part broke off of stylus but still useable. Case comes with 2 extra pieces of Velcro.
