this is a video 8 camcorder otherwise known as 8 mm video . it is great for playing 8mm videotapes to transfer to dvd . it comes with one charged battery for it i do not have wires or charger for it . this camera was given to me in a trade . i tested it with my charger and my cables to my camera it does work . you may need a head clean . cause when you watch a movie every once in a while you get lines . it records plays tapes rewinds and fast forwads . .i will also throw in a brand new un opend tape so you can start recording .imediately . you can find charger for battery on ebay for less than 20.00 .
