The winner will get 3 codes for the 3 games. The codes can be redeemed from the Playstation Store, then the games can be downloaded and played. You can get to the store from either the PS3, PS Vita, PSP and PS4. And they can be downloaded and played from either one if those systems, I'm not too sure about the PS4 though.
