This is a used Virgin Mobile Broadband 4G. It still works. You can use it for laptops, computers, netbooks, or other.devices that use a USB Port. This a stick Broadband it is not used for a portable hotspot. Only use for 1 device at a time. You can use this as a Prepaid which you can go to for example any Walmart or any store that sells any Virgin Mobile prepaid card. You can also go to any Virgin Mobile Authorized Dealer or can call Virgin Mobile. I no longer use this. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We went to Walmart and bought our card for $35.00 but there are others too. It depends of if you can 4G in your area because if you do then 4G is unlimited but not 3G. The 3G takes of how much you are going to use the internet. They start out at $35.00 though at least at Walmart
