you need to put in a support ticket to Listia & they will be fair canceling both auctions so that you can start over :)

I did try to do that. Seemed to be an input problem even tho I repeatedly tried to submit a support ticket.

Maybe if you know a couple of people who would flag one auction and leave the other up... but make sure its the same auction, or just go to listia support and explain your mistake.

I don't know if you know this, but for a couple pieces in your auction, you put each auction up twice which will cause each doubled auction to have 2 winners, but will only have one piece to give away. you accidentally did that when you were trying to add more photos for those doubled auctions. I believe it is an honest mistake, but it is going to cause 2 winners per one piece that you doubled, which could affect your reputation score, which could ultimately affect how well people will bid on your auction. I just wanted to point that out so you don't get yourself in a confusing mess. in the future, if you want to add mo're photos, just click the "edit" button which would be found at the top of your auction page about mid-way. I hope that helps.

I am aware, but didn't know how to fix it. Didn't see the edit button. I have explained it several times that it was my mistake, and yes a completely honest one. I would fix it if I could, but suspect it is too late. My apologies again to all. I really appreciate your in put and glad you understand my brain freeze moment. It won't happen again.

Yup, I screwed up trying to 'add pictures'....they showed up as a separate listing. I managed to do that with 2 of my rings....sorry for the confusion. Thank you.
