right under it!! it does have two holes inside as you can see in the pics i posted, due to strap that goes around the purse, but that doesn't effect the outside style. very nice rose flower on the front of the chateau handbag!! this bag is a very cute handbag. outside is perfect bottom of handbag is perfect as you can also see in pics.
