Kylie. I would contact Mary Kay. Com and complain. She is required to replace or fully refund any product that she sells.

This is true! She can not refuse either a refund or exchange when you contact with Mary Kay you should fully report her name as thier sales rep, this way they can see how she is handeling client compliants
