Because for some reason Listia is not letting me charge credits when I list an auction. I may lower the price if it does not sell but the stamp is also quite heavy. I'm new at this, so bear with me. Thank you for your interest.

if I can be of any help, just ask. It is a pretty stamp However, I've been involved in numerous auctions for these types of stamps and the most postage I've ever had to pay was like $2 -$3. That is why I questioned the amountl
Thank you so much for your offer to help. Do you know if it's a glich that's keeping me from listing with a starting price with credits or is the usual way of starting out a listing when you are new zero credits? If I could list this stamp which originally cost $19.00 with some credits to start I could have free shipping. But if it sells for 1 credit and then I have to ship it I will be paying to get rid of it...like when you sell a book on Amazon for one cent and pay $1.10 in fees to sell it.
So, when listing your auction after you have entered the postage amount, do you go to the second page? (by clicking the bar on the bottom left). If you do that, there is a place to list the price you want the auction to start at. It should allow you to enter any credit amount you want. That area is followed by a check box that, if checked, allows you to enter a GIN (get it now) credit amount. If you are following all those steps, then you will need to contact Listia by phone. They are usually quite helpful. Or, you could send them an email.
