Preowned but in good condition this is a contract phone with Verizon, but I was told a person could have it unlock and use it with any carrier if you would like me to take it in and have it unlock just let me know it will come with the house charger thanks for looking any questions just ask !

i have one of these and love it but it just stopped recognizing the battery even bought a new one to see if that was the problem.
