Megabyte is not the same as megapixels. This is a keychain mini cam and i believe it uses button batteries or a AAA, not rechargeable. It likely doesnt register in megapixels or zoom, i have 3 different but similar ones but the buttons stick easily since the case is velcro or button enclosure so crumbs and pocket/purse lint enters openings easily.
