Included is CD, USB-Sound adapter, and USB cover. A total of 3 pieces plus the card that came in the original package. Only used a couple times. I am not a computer-tech. I purchased this because my laptop could not use speakers or headphones anymore. The spot where you plug the headphones was very lose and would only work if I held it in place. :Please Google and read what the item is used for before bidding. I no longer need it because I purchased a new laptop.
