Regionals Foil Promo Bagon

my kids played in the regionals ( 10/26/2013 ) in Houston, Tx.
this was the promo they gave out. it has the regionlas championship emblem on it and it is foil. you can only get these for attending the regionals.

Does the back of the card have the typical pokemon logo or is it a championship logo?

Great! No worries, no need to take another picture and go through the trouble :P I've played Pokemon for a long time but never went to any events, so I wasn't sure if the cards released at them were like the world tournament cards!

just found an older city championship card and just posted it. its a foil Eevee with the city championship emblem on it.

I can tell in the picture the card has that natural, curve. Nothing a book and some weight cant fix, stalking this right now c:
