Used, no tears, no stains that I noticed. We had it on our old furniture to cover up the worn spots but got new furniture for Christmas so we don't need them any more, and they are in nice condition. I have this loveseat and a sofa one that I will list later.

Well it has been washed, and dryer really well but I do have pets in the house so I can't say that it won't have pet hair, but did clean well and get it ready for shipping
