This is an LG Chocolate Touch Cell Phone. I do not have the charger. It takes a mini USB charger. The phone works great.

it has a place for a memory crad but it is a verizon phone so it does not take a sim card

i am not sure. i had verizon service with it and did not use a sim card. it has a place for a memory card

is the screen damaged photo looks like there is a problem on the bottom of the screen

the screen is not damaged at all.it may just be a glare from my camera.the only thing wrong with the phone is on the back case it has a couple scratches from being in my purse and what not.otherwise its in great condition.

yes there is a camera. and everything works exept u cant make calls or txt with out service
