I am a Dr. and an avid WEN enthusiast.I want to see you succeed so please let me help you by giving your bidders instructions on how to use WEN. WEN is Sulfate free! Has no harsh chemicals that damage the fragile upper epidermis of the scalp. This is important to ALL SKIN and HAIR types.It does aid in the healing of Dry Scalp, Excema, Psoriasis, and Dandruff.What is advertised here is great for all but it is designed for on the fly. So here is the skinny on the above: for short to medium non ethnic hair, wash hair in lukewarm water. Make sure you use the equivalent of a quarter in sopping wet hair and massage with pads of fingers only.DO NOT USE NAILS! Do this for 30 sec. rinse repeat. The spray is a refresher to use in between washings and is to be sprayed directly to the roots. If you have ethnic hair, the temperature must be warmer but not hot as this will scold the scalp. Also, use a half dollar size amount and massage for a FULL MINUTE. Only wash hair 1x per week

I must add this...I am Brasilian, Native American,and Black. I had the hair from hell before I began using the WEN system. Now my hair is down to my waist. It is Vibrant and healthy and NOTHING but WEN touches this hair.Period! Bon Suerte!!!

Yes! Got this from a family member for Christmas that thought I never used this. I have so many I just don't need anymore right now, beside the kinds that works best for my hair are Lavender & Fig.

I have them ones i have always use 5 repair its at Walmart works great on hair. Then i used the wen and can't tell difference maybe because 5repair helped alot lol only used it once so far :p

At first I didn't see a difference but for me it's because I did it wrong, so I had to watch his DVD, after that I started to see the difference it also made my hair grow.
