Description

The listing, ~Tabasco type, Chili pepper seeds!~ 20 seeds has ended.

Unknown cultivar ~ upright pods start out light green then turn orange and then ripen into red pods.

This pepper ripens to red when mature, has white blooms with a dark center, pods grow upright. shaped like a Tabasco pepper and plants are lovely compact plants! They are spicy!

These seeds were also properly collected from mature RIPE pepper pods. And you can see from the pics that it is prolithic. Easy to grow. I can attest to this because I've pretty much ignored it and it's putting out many many pepper pods.

20 seeds Gin (when offered) gets double!

P.S. BEWARE OF ROSE SEEDS! There's a reason why we don't see rose seeds sold in big garden centers. More info here; http://goo.gl/0UJZry

Also beware of home collected seeds from hybrid plants. They're no longer the same variety. Ask questions. Research >reliable< sources. Learn to succeed in your gardening efforts!

Thirdly, a GREEN bell pepper is an UNRIPE bell pepper & isn't likely to provide VIABLE seeds. There are very few varieties that produce bell peppers that ripen to green. Same for GREEN Jalapeno & most other pepper varieties. It only take minutes to check the variety & discover the color of the RIPE pepper.

Apple seeds? Mercy! Don't get me started!

LOVE your auction & LOVE the info on rose seeds. When you cut these peppers open, do you remember if they were wet & juicy...or dry? I have the same type of pepper that I thought was Birds Eye, but they were not. I think mine are Tabasco as well.

They're sort of slickery inside. Quite spicy. I dread opening them lol
