This oil filter is kinda new. Explanation: We bought a foreclosed home. In one of the barns/sheds was a bunch of vehicle parts all new in their boxes, but left in the elements - rain, snow, sleet. So it is new, never used but the box is warped and the oil filter itself is dirty/dusty. (see photos) It's also old. They aren't manufactured white, anymore, only black. It is however the Genuine NAPA Gold product.
