From Where the Leash Hole beneath the head to tail is 12 inches (1 ruler long)
From the Edge where the top velcro strap begins to the other side is also 12 inches (1 ruler long)

Size is not on the tag but its about a medium.

I set this on my baby and took photos. It was the closest thing I got to her wearing it.

I used a lint roller and removed any leftover hair pieces.

Item is in good condition. There is a spot above the nose
