not sure who made it. untested. as is comes with 256 megabytes of ram and cpu and heatsink.

Looking at the pictures it appears that it uses SDRAM which means at best it would max out at 1 GB of memory and more likely only 512 MB.

Also the brown slot is an AGP slot. No way this accepts 4 GB of memory.

also the AGP slot is for a video card not memory .... the memory slots are located behind the vertical circuit board in front of the cpu & fan

I'm saying that because it has SDRAM and an AGP slot that this motherboard is so old that it will not support 4 GB of memory. It most like maxes out at 512MB.
