The listing, Beautiful Cherry Duck Tape Purse Made By My 11 yo Granddaughter! LQQK!! Also a Zebra Clutch!! has ended.

These two items are made ENTIRELY of Duck Tape! They are just gorgeous in person, and, what's more, Kiana had never even made one before! She ended up making about 5 in just a couple of hours! She also made three Euro bracelets in the same evening! And sketched me a picture. She is just amazing, at 11 years of age. She also plays Violin in her School's Orchestra. Wow. She's quite the young lady!.

Thank you very very much! She has so many more talents-she can draw beautifully, plays Violin, sings beautifully and is obviously very creative! I think handmade items are the best! Funny, that's my favorite one, also, except may be the Hello Kitty one she made for me, but I had not even opened that Cherry Duck Tape, and now it's all gone LOL

I agree I have never seen so many comment ,when she goes too High School & College she should major in Clothing & Design . Oh My she is very good and Talented and im sure she has a Beautiful Personnalty as well . She is our Future . With bidding would I beable to choose the Zebra print ?. I'm not sure it would work that way! YOu would get both, as they are both part of the auction. What you could do is relist the Cherry Purse if you would like to. then you can get some credits of your own from it.

No, it colder in the whole country now than it is 'supposed' to be! I don't know if it's because of all of the ways the great scientists-who never ask if the should do something, only if the 'could'; messing with the darn weather patterns! Or, it may be normal weather patterns that are spread out as such that we haven't seen them yet in our lives.?? I dunno...

I know we're having the coldest winter I think they said in like 40 years! We have Wind Chill Factor Warnings, and Winter Storm Warnings of 8-14 inches of snow. We've already had about 5-6 inches of snow fall, and it's effective thru tomorrow night (tonight) at 1:00 am. I want to go to the Tropics, and escape the Ice Age!!!

I've done that also! My granddaughter AND grandson have both made Euro bracelets with some of my less expensive beads and so forth. KIana used to like when I had my scrapbooking stuff out, also, as she would help me with design my pages. I now have over 10 books with hundreds of completed pages sitting in the spare room closet! Hundreds upon hundreds of dollars worth of supplies-including the full size Crikit Die Cutter. My Mom and I are going to get together soon and do some more! If I can break away from my beading LOL

Yeah done that...let somebody drive my truck and held on to the tailgate..even pulled a hood behind a car with a chain..while i set on trunk watching to not run over who's on the hood...till they spun out and threw me off on top of ppl on the hood....wonder didn't get killed...lol...Dumb luck fell in wet grass..i live on hilly yard

Finally got some auctions going again...lol...Finally got above freezing here, thank goodness tired of freezing my _ _ _ _ ... It never gives a chance to get used to it..warm one day freezing, the next if it just stay one or the other ..might get used to it...hope you're staying warm....A new name not a cold front....now called a Polar Vortex....lol

Great! And yes, it is still cold today, but nothing like it was. I have a lot of chronic pain conditions, and I was really hurting for a few days there. It's s'posed to really warm up-in the upper 30's and even the low 40's!! It's a bleedin heat wave!! Instead of a Polar Vortex!! What will they think of next. Wait, maybe I don't wanna know...lol

Went to post office this morning, snowing so hard almost a white out.. snow was freezing on windshield while driving....going to be 1 degrees tonight..yuk...used to like playing in snow... still getting over my leg broke..just not as much fun now....used to take a car hood slide off big hills...lol

Oh BRRRRR! I remember when I was a kid and used to make snow forts in snow that seemed to always be about 3 feet tall! Lucky the darn things never caved in, then I would have joined you being buried in snow LOL

Now cold just makes me hurt terribly. It is supposed to go up to the high 30's to 40's in a few days, after a few below zero days! I wonder if I'll survive?

Oh yeah! I started off doing very difficult Agricultural work on neighboring farms when I was 9 or 10! all 60-some pounds of me! I was a scrawny little thing, but very strong!
I mean it...if it grew, we picked it, detassled it, tied it, and picked it! My personal favorite was climbing a huge ladder with a 50 pound lug around my neck and filling it with cherries as the flies and the bees and wasps were buzzing all around me head! OH, and manually picking asparagus! Stop, bend over, grab a couple of stalks, put them in you bin, walk two paces, stop, bend over, pick, on and on ad nauseum!!!!

Yup, same as me. Now I am Disabled-probably from all the dancing and carousing I did, and the extremely hard work I did-including Nursing for many years! But I used to construction cleaning, house painting, worked for Molly Maid, Did total apartment rehab, and waitressed!
I'm getting tired just thinking of it all. But I am really really OCD, so I pushed myself even harder than most!
