This recipe is absolutely divine. When I first tried it; my entire family raved about it and ask me to make it again, over and over. It's so good, my niece wants me to make it for her wedding. I am going to make it with stir fry veggies put in during the last 15 minutes, and serve it over rice. You can't go wrong making this dish; and it's a real crowd pleaser. It will be more colorful and nutritious to add the veggies. I know you and yours will enjoy it as well.
